By accessing or using Changelo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Changelo provides tools to create, manage, and publish product changelog pages. This includes a dashboard, embeddable widget, public changelog pages, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are in EUR and may change with 30 days notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
